1.2 Age Requirement

This Service is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement.

2.1 License Grant

8.2 No Prediction Guarantees

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY PREDICTIONS, STATISTICS, OR EVENT OUTCOMES DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICE. ALL PREDICTIONS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

8.3 No Liability for Content

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONTENT YOU SUBMIT OR RECEIVE ON THE SERVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT YOU SUBMIT AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF ITS USE.

8.4 No Liability for Third-Party Services

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES. WE DO NOT CONTROL, MONITOR, OR ENDORSE THE CONTENT OR SERVICES OF THIRD PARTIES.

9.1 Exclusion of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by contacting us or following the account deletion procedures outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this EULA.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:
